Office manager (maternity cover 12 months ftc)

Your responsibilities - We are looking for a Office Manager for Maternity Cover 12+ month on a fixed term contract. - Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients - Managing office budgets and monitoring expenses to assist in budget preparation - Supporting organizing induction programs for new employees (onboarding) - Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems - Overseeing facilities services and maintenance - Support the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company - Maintaining a safe and secure work environment. - Organizing company events - Organize and supervise other office activities - Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff. - Assess staff performance as well as provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency Our requirements - Proven experience as administration manager - In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies - Proficient in MS Office - An analytical mind with problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - A team player with leadership skills - BSc/BA in business administration or relative field What we offer Solenis is proud to be an employer that gives equal consideration to all candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status or disability status.
